Les is a businessman with forty years experience in building and renovation. He is also a qualified electrical engineer.

Together, Les and Jane purchased Holy Cross Care Home in Shrewsbury as their first joint project in 2001. Bradeney House was purchased in 2007.

Les and Jane personally run the company and are very passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly people living with dementia. Les is the financial genius behind the company. His energy and commitment to expanding and improving the living conditions for our residents is nothing short of inspirational. He has worked on Bradeney House tirelessly, becoming entirely green friendly, fitting solar power, bio mass heating and our own water borehole.

Les has a keen love of music and has put together a retro band, performing music from the sixties and seventies that people of this age group remember and enjoy. The group is known as The Bradeney Bunch.

They have recently completed a Shropshire tour of local care homes, recently being asked to perform alongside three other bands for a private BUPA care home. All of the members also work at Bradeney House.
